Replacement Cooker Control Knob

Problem

A damaged or missing control knob on older proprietary cooking equipment could not be sourced. The appliance was otherwise serviceable.

Input

The damaged original (where available), shaft dimensions, photographs and appearance requirements.

Requirements

Fit the existing shaft, remain usable at typical cooker-panel temperatures, and match the original appearance closely enough for a visible control.

Engineering approach

The original was measured and recreated in CAD, including the shaft interface. A replacement was manufactured for customer fit-check.

Result

A replacement knob was supplied for customer validation in the intended installation.
